Toni Kroos laid on a magnificent pass for Vinicius Jr for the opening goal against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

After a sublime pass from Toni Kroos, all Vinicius Jr had to do was put the ball past Manuel Neuer.

“I saw that their [Bayern’s] centre-backs always follow Vinicius and I know Vini always makes runs into the space. That’s why the credit goes to Vini. He opened the space,” Toni Kroos told the media after the 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich.

“My pass was just ok, it wasn’t that good.”

After the game, Vinicius Jr revealed they’ve been working on combinations like these in training.

Madrid will host the return leg at the Santiago Bernabeu next Wednesday.
